We are a safe space

Everyone is Welcome. At Trios we want to create a culture of belonging, where everyone is welcome. We believe in holding space for each other, being present, connecting authentically, and respecting others empathetically.

We want our community members to feel safe, supported, and advocated for…which is why we continuously challenge ourselves and educate our team to provide hair care that makes people feel like their truest self.

Hair Has No Gender

Haircuts are historically gendered: Barbershops and clipper cuts for men. Scissors and salons for women. This leaves many people in our community feeling unwelcome, unsure, and UNSEEN. 

At Trios we believe that HAIR HAS NO GENDER, and it’s time to stop charging as if it does! Our pricing menu is gender-neutral, which means we charge based on hair goals and NOT gender identity. 

Everyone deserves a salon experience that makes them feel seen, respected, and celebrated as they are. Hair should affirm our identity, not deny it…and leaving gender out of our pricing is one more way we can put HUMANS over hair!
