COVID-19 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are only allowed to have the guest that is scheduled for an appointment in the salon. The guidelines are strict. Please Call 402-578-1800 or Text 402-965-0608 when you arrive. Wait in your vehicle until we are ready for you. Make sure and have your cell phone handy.
You and your stylist are required to wear a mask the entire length of your appointment. We are happy to provide you with a mask that loops your ears if you do not have one.
Social distancing has been easy to achieve in our newly expanded salon. There is plenty of space for you to enjoy your services at our stations.
We are only allowed to have the guests that are scheduled for an appointment in the salon.
During the initial Directed health Measure, we are limited in the number of guests who can be in the salon. Therefore, we will not offer Children's Haircuts during this period.
Please minimize bringing personal belongings including food or drink.
The requirement to wear masks will prohibit us from offering our beverage service at this time.
We have made some improvements to our space by adding touchless foot pulls on our front entrances, adding hospital grade UV filtration to our entire salon ventilation equipment, touchless faucets, soap dispensers and towel dispensers in the restrooms. We offer touchless payment systems and an amazing online store where you can order products 24/7 and let us deliver to you! As always Trios sanitation standards will noticeably be above and beyond.
We have a few stylists that are delaying their return to protect their health. If your stylist is not on online booking, please contact the salon at 402-578-1800.
We have eight weeks worth of appointments to reschedule. We are processing appointment requests of those who had appointments during that period first. We will then begin contacting other guests to get them on the schedule. Please be patient with us.
