	The Trios Team Trios Salon is proud to offer our guests five levels of designers based on experience and performance. We work together as a team and want you to feel comfortable requesting any team member in the salon. If you would like a referral we would be happy to do so! Somer Krueger Salon Owner/Designer Certified Redken Master Specialist Seeing a design and believing that it will transform my guest is what inspires me to create beauty. To deliver an inspired style is a unique gift that I have been given. I am dedicated to providing a total look for my guest to insure they have been given the greatest experience. Vision, Passion, Inspiration and Creativity is the perfect formula for complete satisfaction. Beauty is found within each of us. 	Carmie Level 4 Designer Certified Redken Specialist Certified Pureologist I've travelled the world as an educator, teaching and inspiring other stylists on the new trends for the season. I don't look at it as a beauty industry but rather, we're doing something beautiful. I like to take hair and view it from an artistic point of view. 	Ashley Lyn Level 4 Designer Certified Redken Specialist Certified Pureologist As a designer my goal is to make every guest feel welcome while learning as much as I can. When a client walks in I want them to know that I am completely focused on them and their needs. I want every guest to feel the positive upbeat attitude that I bring to Trios Salon and that there is a special touch to each service that they are receiving. 	Becca Level 1 Designer Certified Pureologist As a designer, it is my goal to make every guest to not only look beautiful, but to also feel beautiful too. I love helping my guests transform their looks into something new and exciting! I am dedicated to listen and provide the best service to my guests. I have learned so many new techniques and ideas that inspire me to create beautiful styles. I am passionate about hair and can’t wait to ‘Do Something Beautiful’!
	Darrica New Talent Being able to transform people's lives in just a short service is why I am in this industry and love coming to work everyday. I don't see working at Trios as a "Job", but a chance to meet awesome new people. My biggest inspiration is being able to bring out your inner beauty through a fresh new style. I want my clients to feel like home when they walk in the doors until the time they walk out. 	Lyndsi New Talent Certified Pureologist This has always been my DREAM and now it's my PASSION! Trios is continually providing me with the very best education, products and tools that I can, in return, pass onto my guests. I am always on the lookout for new styles and trends. I get most of my inspiration from all of the red carpet events. I LOVE recreating those breathtaking hairdos, whether it be through a cut, color, style and/or a special event look! 	Casie Massage Therapist Making people feel better has always been a passion of mine and being a massage therapist lets me do just that. Massage is not just a luxury, but a way to promote a healthier, happier you and part of my service is to help you find ways to do that outside of the massage sessions. Every person is unique and I cater my routine around what it is that you need most. One of my favorite things about massage is getting to know my clients and helping them in the best way possible. I will always make sure that you are completely comfortable and that the massage is about what you want and need to make you feel better by the end of the session than you did at the beginning.
