CONSIDERATIONS

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. Please let us know within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied.

Hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any product.

Please let your designer know if you are currently taking any medication. Some medications may alter the effects of chemical services or may not be recommended with certain hair removal services.

In our Salon, for your peace of mind and that of other guests, please bring children to the Salon only if they have an appointment.

Personal checks are gladly accepted. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a minimum of $30 and could jeopardize your check writing privileges.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Gift Certificates make the perfect gift and may be purchased by telephone or in the Salon. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.

We work together as a team and want you to feel comfortable requesting any team member in the Salon. If you would like a referral we would be happy to do so.

Our services do not include gratuity, however they are greatly appreciated.

A credit card is needed to reserve three or more Formal style appointments for a Wedding Party. In the event you are unable to keep your appointment or cancel within 48 hours, a fee of $25 per service will be imposed.

Coffee and bottled water are available for our guests. Please feel free to enjoy these with our compliments.
